Mr Ofo is a well seasoned and extremely pleasant Consultant ENT Surgeon with an impressive career. I immediately felt in safe hands when he walked me through the procedure and treatment to follow. I was able to discuss the risks of the surgery and he invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, providing clear guidance and a lot of empathy. I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

Dr Jeczmien was great in his approach to discussing my issues and diagnosis of ADHD and helping me understand.

I visited Dr Bernath after several years of a progressively worsening sleep problem (exceptionally early rising). I was coming to the end of a period of online CBT and sleep restriction therapy recommended by my GP which had been ineffective and left me more exhausted than before I started. Dr Bernath diagnosed my problem after just a few minutes, explained clearly the background to my issues and suggested a solution. Whilst the consultation was only 2 days ago and it is too early to comment on the solution the clear explanation of the background to my problem has allowed me to manage my sleep around the condition and the understanding of what is going on has already alleviated much of the anxiety around my sleep.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. Her sagacity and understanding has enabled me to not only regain myself but also to grow as a person and achieve a normality and an enjoyment and understanding of life which I had never considered possible.. Dr Rakshi took over my very complicated case (I have veinous sinus thrombosis and antiphospholipid syndrome) at the beginning of the year. At the time I was very lost and didnt know what was going on with me. After a through and relevant investigation he came up with a plan that involved meeting various specialists before deciding on the treatment. He guided me through all my appointments and met me after each appointment to explain what was going on. I have now finally come to a point where I know exactly what it means to have veinous thrombosis and antiphospholipid syndrome and thanks to him know exactly how to manage my symptoms and avoid any future complications. He has been with me every step of the way which made navigating all the specialists so much easier. Professionally, I have found him to be extremely knowledgable and thorough and as person he is very warm and kind. Thank you Dr Rakshi for all your help. You have no idea what it has meant to me.

Excellent experience

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
