Leading up to the assessment Dr Mashru ensured I had everything I needed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed talking to him which made me feel at ease. He also explained things very well and gave me a better understanding of adhd and my mind.

The appointment with the doctor was great, he answered all questions and wasn't dismissive. He carefully assessed the situation and gave a plan on how to proceed. Helped very much to calm my nerves regarding my issues. Definitely recommend!!

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.
