Booking in was easy and straightforward. The lady I saw was very professional and explained everything she was doing and why. I was made to feel at ease throughout the visit.

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.

Absolutely the best decision I made after being unable to get an appointment with my GP for several weeks decided to go private and pay and now have all the answers I needed plus a prescription would 100percent recommend and will definitely use in future, all staff excellent!
