Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Staff were friendly, I was booked in quickly, have no faults with my experience there.

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.
