John is a pleasant, likeable and clearly talented surgeon. He has operated on both of my hands now as well as an elbow, all of which have been successful. His needlework is impressive and my scars have healed neatly.

I had a very bad shoulder injury and after the surgery which was successful, he guided me towards a very long recovery and I am pleased to say that I’m on the right path.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Miss Arshad has a very friendly and relaxed manner which immediately puts you at ease, she talks with confidence and authority yet puts complicated things across in a way that a layman can understand.

I was extremely impressed with Nick Aresti. I felt well informed on my diagnosis and treatment. Nick is a very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor, who was professional, compassionate and kind. I was well looked after and I made a speedy recovery under his care. I would definitely highly recommend Nick. Thank you.
