Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. My experience with Nick had been great, i'm a semi-pro basketball player, hurt my knee and was diagnosedwith patella femoral pain, it was so bas i couldn't even jog let alone play basketball. I came into Nick thinking I'd have to stop playing basketball forever because at this point I had seen 2 different physios. It was 4 months after the injury when I saw Nick and within 2 months I was playing again after 6 months I'm back to the level I was, I'm pain free and what's even more impressive is I'm the most athletic I've ever been. Nick is probably the best physio out there he knows what he's doing and I highly highly recommend him if you are serious about your recovery.
