Dr Menage is first class

I was absolutely delighted with my session with Dr Adam Friedmann. At 53, my facial skin has noticeable dark spots and patches from the sun and age. Dr Friedmann took the time to patiently examine these and to explain the possible causes and the options to reduce or eliminate the dark spots. He clearly told me one of the treatments is not likely to work on some of the spots and suggested a topical cream. He then treated some spots with cryotherapy, with a follow up review in 4 weeks. As Dr Friedmann has warned me, there was a slight stinging sensation on the treated skin which lasted only 3 or so hours. I am particularly impressed with Dr Friedmann's honest assessment, recommending the correct and best treatment for me. The clinic is in a great accessible location and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. This clinic is highly recommended if you are looking for a professional and friendly service.

Dr. Salam identified my BCC quickly and took the time to explain each step to me in detail throughout the whole process (from first consultation to successful surgery and review). His professional yet warm demeanour instantly allowed me to feel at ease in the face of my initial nervousness.

Dr Mirza was great medically and we would not hesitate to see him again. However, we were not acknowledged on arrival at the surgery and kept waiting for ten minutes with no reason offered. I would usually expect to be greeted on arrival and if there is a delay, this being explained and apologised for. This is not the doctor’s fault but I’m not sure how else to feed this back.
