Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I can concentrate better and retain information. My memory has improved. Im not making this up. This treatment is ground breaking. Especially for those that do not want to take standard medication such as anti depressants which comes with side effects and can be life long usage. I initially had 30 sessions in March 2024, after about 2 months, I decided to do another 20 sessions maintenance to ensure efficiency of the previous treatment. I highly recommend rtms treatment.

Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. And when in crisis have had the best help anyone could wish. Without this experience I would not be enjoying life in the way I am capable now.

Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.
