Well theirs the expectation that you should know where your going. Once up the lift no one to greet it’s very eerie feeling and very institutional going through the white corridors lacked art and colour no warmth it’s like al emotiveness is not there in that building

I've had similar things in the past which have taken much longer to get better so I'm sure the massage saved me several days of pain and immobility. Emma was very pleasant and friendly, so overall I am very happy with my treatment.
