My experience from start to finish was as I had hoped. At the diagnosis I was given a full explanation and options for treatment. Having chose the surgery I felt fully included from the time I arrived at the hospital and the care I received from all included was excellent. The aftercare was equidistant thorough professional quality all the way through to my discharge.

Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . Dr Anjali Mahto is professional, punctual, caring and empathetic, whose extensive experience and personal experience with acne make her a comforting expert to see regarding my hormonal acne and rosacea. She is very patient when answering any questions I have, and explains prescriptions, treatment plans and lifestyle change recommendations with a very detailed, thoughtful and considered approach.

Treatment given was very light touch and did not solve problem. Nurse called in to accompany as area treated was personal area was rude. Didn’t say anything, did not introduce herself, made me feel uncomfortable. Spent 5 mins maximum in hospital and have received a bill of £68 for use of hospital and a further £52 for consultant fees. Treatment and outcome and time spent does not justify amount charged to patient. No issue with consultant friendly, welcomed and explained procedure and follow up, just amount charged does not equate to treatment success or length of procedure.

Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.
