Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.

Professor Miranda saw me on a "see and treat" basis for removal of a sebaceous cyst where the procedure was carried out in the same visit as the initial consultation. He explained the procedure and its possible side effects very clearly as well as the aftercare plan. He is really reassuring, professional and approachable and my questions were answered clearly in full and at no point did I feel that any question I asked was a silly question. I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Miranda to anyone requiring similar treatment.

Very professional and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during the appointment when things could be embarrassing! And with her expertise has sorted issues that I have suffered from for years with medication or creams etc. I would highly recommend Dr Badvey.

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.

I first met Atheer following a long period of time being very upset about problems with a couple of back teeth. Two long experienced Orthodontists had given a depressing prognosis. I was then introduced to Atheer at the Abbey Dental Practice. He disagreed with the diagnosis and talked about the opportunities for fixing the problem - rather than the issues! I felt like I was walking on air when I left the room. I had the teeth replaced with 2 implants. I am a very nervous patient but the whole experience was great, and the results are perfect. Atheer is a very kind, clever and skilful surgeon. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
