He efficiently organized another appointment while collecting my medical records. In the subsequent consultation, he reassured both my wife and me that there was no reason for undue concern. Nevertheless, he suggested an MRI scan as a precautionary measure to alleviate any worries. Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon communicated directly and explained everything in simple terms, ensuring our understanding. We felt secure in the hands of someone genuinely caring. From the start Professor Malik was professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had leading up to and after the surgery were answered. On the day of surgery Professor Malik met with me to explain the process before I went in. Surgery was a success and the follow up appointment went smoothly. Excellent surgeon.

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.
