I cannot fault the process of becoming a live in carer, with Curam, all the Curam team have been easy to contact, & they always get back in touch, & advise with more information, if required, extremely helpful, I would tell anyone looking for work as a live in carer to contact the Curam team.

In 2020, on the recommendation of a friend, I installed a Howz remote monitoring system in the home of my elderly stepmother, who was physically frail though mentally fully alert. I live 35 miles away and couldn't visit every day, and it was helpful to have an unobtrusive way of being alerted to any departures from the normal daily routine. We used the system for almost four years, until my stepmother's final illness in late 2023, and it was a significant factor in enabling her to continue living in the family home as she wished rather than going into a care home. It was good value and I would use it again if the need arose.

With Bloomfield care my father in law at 90 years old has a smile on his face everyday, the carers alway cheers him up, they help him wash and dress in the mornings and he always looks so smart . If they are ever concerned about him they always phone me so I can get on with my day with out worrying about him as I know he will see them twice a day I do not think I could work or that he would not be doing so well with out them , we are so thankful for them , the caring Angels x

Learn 2 Live offered an exceptional space and approach for my daughter. We were welcomed by a kind, professional team whose experience and expertise was second to none. The location and facilities are very well thought out and allow plenty of opportunities for one to one and group therapy. After the initial assessment, there was lots to consider and plenty of new strategies on offer. As a parent who needed guidance, I immediately felt understood and trusted the options given. As a result of attending the clinic, my daughter has opened up and agreed to long term help. I will be forever grateful.
