Withens Nursing Home

Withens Nursing Home, located in Kent, is a carefully designed care home, built to support residents and allow them to live happy and comfortable lives.

The centre is located over two floors and comprises light and airy open plan lounge/diners along with spacious bedrooms. In addition, there are a variety of communal spaces including a beautiful conservatory overlooking the landscaped gardens, a quiet room and a hair salon. The gardens are wheelchair-accessible for residents to relax in or to enjoy some light gardening.

There are a number of activities for residents to get involved in as they wish, including group activities and one-to-one individual activities for those nursed in bed. The team work hard to ensure that the needs and interests of each individual resident is catered to.There are also dementia friendly activities for residents living with dementia, creating a supportive environment for both new and familiar trips and and activities.

The menu as Withens is an important part of the care that the team provide. With all meals cooked and prepared by the expert catering team with a range of options which are regularly changed, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The dining room is also a light and bright place for residents to enjoy meals and socialise as they wish.
