During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

My room was comfortable, and the environment was calm and conducive to healing allowing me to focus on preparing myself mentally for my procedure.
