Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.
