I have been seeing Matt for about 18 months now, following a hip replacement. He has been great at helping me work on my balance and regaining strength in my legs. Matt really thinks about the needs of his clients, sets realistic goals and is both encouraging and reassuring.

Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

I've had three Bodyset physios and all are great. So I was pleased that Martina is very nice and caring and asks alot about my medical condition, offering advice and help. The exercises she prescribed are good and I am working through them and hopefully will find they help my back and neck. She is very thorough with the massage of my back and neck and listens when I request anything. My only thing is that I wish Martina was at my local Wapping branch as I dont like commuting too far due to my medical condition but its all fine as she is great.

André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. André is highly professional and it's clear he truly cares about his patients and ensuring they get the best outcomes. I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
