Very quick waiting time

Outstanding treatment from the very first out patient appointment. All the staff are so friendly & welcoming - they make you feel relaxed & very comfortable. Food was very good & there was an impressive selection. The room was very spacious, well appointed & the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
