Great. Staff professional and friendly.

Good environmet

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

My mum really enjoyed meeting Dr Tom Maclaren. He was very friendly and patient and was able to put her at ease. The memory assessment was thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The prescribed medication is also making a difference. We had to chase on the initial appointment and report so these aspects could be improved. However, we would have no hesitation recommending the clinic.
