After going to the priory and having an awful experience finding Ian was an absolute life saver. Working through various elements of my addiction and learning the science of the brain just made understanding how I was feeling so much simpler. There were challenges along the way, a lot of soul searching but Ian was there all the way. I recently had a relapse but our relapse plan was executed exactly as we planned it, a message was answered quickly and even on a Saturday Ian made the time to talk me through it all.
