I truly cannot recommend Sadia enough. From the outset Sadia made us feel completely at ease, and this continued throughout the pregnancy. She offered fantastic insights and guidance, and was always incredibly responsive with any questions that we had. When it came to delivering, we were somewhat back and forth on the best approach. Sadia offered great counsel and ultimately helped us make our decision, which ended up absolutely being the right one for us. We opted for an elective c section which was quite honestly the most joyful and relaxing experience we could have wished for. The entire thing felt incredibly peaceful from start to finish. The recovery has been quick and pain free, and the scar looks great. We honestly cannot thank Sadia enough. We’re already looking forward to having our next baby with her!

Dr Shan Low has delivered my healthy baby boy as a consultant obstetrician by Caesarean section in the Portland Hospital on 20th May 2024. Looking back at my pregnancy and delivery journey, my husband and I are very grateful to have Dr Shan Low to be our consultant obstetrician. We are first time parents and we are not familiar with the delivery process. Dr Shan Low is very patient, approachable and responsive so we feel very comfortable to discuss any concerns we have during the process with her. The Caesarean section was very successful and my wounds have been recovered very well. I will definitely recommend Dr Shan Low to my friends during their pregnancy journey.

After deciding to explore private maternity care, we did a thorough online research and found Daniel through UCLH’s Fitzrovia Suite. Since this was my first pregnancy, we wanted a consultant who would fully support our plans for a vaginal delivery with minimal interventions and whom we could trust 100% to provide the right advice. From our initial virtual meeting with Daniel, we felt completely confident in our choice. His supportive approach was evident from the start, as he listened carefully to our preferences and reassured us about the process. Given that it was a low-risk pregnancy, we agreed to begin consultations at week 36. Throughout the consultations, Daniel's support was unwavering. He offered valuable suggestions when needed but always respected our decisions, ensuring we were well-informed at every step. During the 24-hour labour, Daniel was available throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained potential next steps and interventions, helping us make informed choices. Ultimately, our plans changed and Daniel's guidance was instrumental in making this decision. His considerate and supportive nature extended to the actual delivery, where he provided continuous encouragement and expert care. His excellent working relationship with the midwives at Fitzrovia, who also spoke highly of him, further reinforced our trust. Thanks to Dan's supportive approach and professionalism, I had a positive birth experience and felt confident and secure throughout the entire process.

I felt I was in the safest hands, Miss Scott is so thorough and leaves nothing to chance. Her wealth of experience and very quick wit made my experience second to none!

Dr. Peeva is simply the best obstetrician in London. She delivered my second child at the Kensington Wing, making it a reassuring experience. Her exceptional care, attention to detail, and numerous follow-ups showed she truly cared. We are beyond grateful!

Jess was our consultant for our first child and she provided wonderful care throughout. Jess took the time to understand our concerns and was thoughtful in providing guidance and recommendations when we needed it. She quickly responded to questions via email or WhatsApp and was always friendly and empathetic during consultations. She also went above and beyond and helped us when our daughter ended up back in hospital during our first week at home. My elective c section with Jess was a hugely positive experience and my recovery was very quick with no complications. I will always be grateful to Jess for her kindness and care during my first pregnancy and birth.

The c-section experience was calm and controlled thanks to Matt. We are so grateful to him for making the experience such a positive one. I had the pleasure of being under the care of Shazia Malik during my pregnancy at the Portland Hospital, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. Miss Malik provided exceptional care and support throughout my pregnancy, always showing a high level of expertise and professionalism. She was very attentive and gave clear and compassionate guidance at every step. My emergency C-section performed by Miss Malik went smoothly, and the wound from the surgery is almost invisible, showcasing her exceptional surgical talent. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to have Miss Malik taking care of my pregnancy and delivery. Her dedication and compassionate care made my delivery a positive experience. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an excellent gynecologist.

Right from the start, Mr Chilcott filled me with confidence in deciding on an elective c section for the birth of my first child (who was breech). He provided his honest opinion when I requested it and took time to answer all my questions. The c section itself was incredibly smooth and I felt extremely looked after and in safe hands. The healing process has so far gone very well and I could not have been happier with the care I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Chilcott and if we ever have number 2, I would go straight back to him!

Very pleased with my pregnancy & (vaginal) birth experience under Dr Duncan’s supervision. Dr Duncan has been extremely responsive & helpful throughout the whole process making me feel comfortable and well-informed during entire pregnancy, as well as postpartum. I found it great that Dr Duncan always does his own scans at every appointment.
