Great staff, facilities and care

I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem. Choosing to see Dr. Nurein for this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. My new life begins today, and my goals are to eat healthier, exercise regularly, and work hard to take care of and improve my new body. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring
