Dr Marciniak was welcoming from the get go. He was extremely thorough, patient and understanding throughout the entire consultation. I was not rushed and was given the opportunity to explain my symptoms from start to finish, and made me feel listened to. He ensured I understood everything which was explained to me, allowed me to ask questions and explained the next steps clear and concisely.
