I was received well at reception, and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen by Dr Harkness. I was very happy with my experience at The Oaks. There was no free parking spaces so I parked outside on the main road where there were plenty of spaces.

I was nervous about having a cataract operation and Mr Hussain made me feel very comfortable. He spoke to me the whole time which really helped, so much so that on the second visit I was not nervous at all & was again treated as if I was very special making the whole visit very easy. I do not think he could have made things any better.
