Very nice staff and facilities

Organised and prompt establishment.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Always had a good experience there

Great clinic. The whole experience was SO much better than my previous cycle elsewhere! Mr Jones is such a wonderful doctor - I know I am in the best hands! Also Liz, one of the ladies who does the scans, and all the nurses are all brilliant!

Very good care

I can’t highly recommend London Gynaecology enough. I was extremely well looked after and felt at ease thanks to the high professionalism of the staff. Everything was explained clearly to me which gave me comfort, along with the friendliness of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.
