This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!

Dr Nikiphorou is amazing. She took her time during our consult, and fully listened to every symptom I spelled out, no matter how small. She was swift to order the appropriate tests and follow up, and has helped me tremendously in identifying why I’ve had the symptoms I do. She is both sensitive and practical n helping with the management of this illness. She liaises effectively with medical colleagues relating to particular medical conditions arising from my illness, such as respiratory problems and always makes time to listen. Professor Kidd is caring and compassionate, attentive and extremely approachable. Unfortunately some doctors make me feel that my own observations, experiences and conclusions are worthless (referring to them as hearsay). Professor Kidd doesn't do that. He is very good at getting to the nub of a patient's health issue and tailoring a course of action to deal with the problem in the best and fastest way. I should add that Professor Kidd is also recognised as one of the country's top experts in this field.
