Staff competent and caring. Department super clean, pharmacy staff competent.

The Wellington Hospital is s first class hospital. The staff from the surgeon to the receptionist and especially the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. A very good experience which fills you with confidence that you are in capable hands. I had major heart surgery in the cardiac unit and have made a very quick recovery. I feel sure a large part of this is down to the individual attention given to you by the nursing staff.

Efficient reception and radiography staff and system

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Overall good experience

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
