Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. Prof Bloomfield was the nicest doctor I've met and allowed me to ask all my questions and make the best use of the time possible. I think he may have gone slightly over the time limit which is very much appreciated to make sure our appointment went well and we were set up for the next steps. Furthermore, I really appreciate his empathy and validation in caring not only about my condition, but treating myself as a person and reassuring my family. It goes without saying he is at the top of his field in both research and clinical experience and that provides a great level of reassurance and admiration when speaking too him. I look forward to seeing him again.

Experienced and kind

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
