I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. Her sagacity and understanding has enabled me to not only regain myself but also to grow as a person and achieve a normality and an enjoyment and understanding of life which I had never considered possible.. My lasting impression is this was the first time i've genuinely felt understood as a person. Tini struck the balance needed, she was kind, her explanations were clear, our conversations frank at times and very open. Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I met with Dr Passetti via Zoom due to the current virus crisis. I found Dr Passetti to be a charming relaxing and friendly person. I had no problems speaking to him about my problems thanks to his manner.I would be happy to give my full recommendation.

Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.

As new parents with highly demanding careers, we got really concerned when our infant wasn’t making any eye contact and struggled to develop a secure bond with us. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques.
