I now have online sessions with her, which are just as good as in-person. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. She is a brilliant psychologist. She was central to my diagnosis of (and recovery from) postnatal depression and continues to be a great source of wisdom and empathy. I know myself so much better than before I began sessions with her. I am more self-aware, resilient and have learned real self-compassion. My experience with Hema has been invaluable. Hema has such a calm nature, that even when I was feeling overwhelmed with my feelings she could calmly guide me through my own thoughts and help me find ways to deal with life. My relationships have improved hugely as Hema helped me look within. I can’t recommend Hema highly enough.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
