I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Mr Mohammad Masood was the second consultant I met at London Spire East hospital through my private medical insurance as I wasn't satisfied or getting any treatment from my initial consultant.
