Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

Dr Nijjer listened carefully as I explained the issue I was having. He asked lots of questions around symptoms but also lifestyle. He quickly came to a diagnosis after reviewing NHS test results and ordered several more tests to confirm this. He explained in great detail what was causing the issue, the treatment options I could take, his preferred option, and the likely longterm outcome of each treatment path. On the follow up consultation, post test results, he was again very easy to talk to, didn't rush me in any way and helped me choose the next steps that were suitable for me. A very good experience and a very knowledgeable cardiologist that I would happily recommend in a heart beat to any family or friends that needed similar cardiac advice or treatment

Doctor Lo Giudice visited me and performed also an ECG and Eco. He answered every questions (I am an anxious person) and clarified each of my doubts. I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.
