From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

I have seen Mr Sood previously for a Hip replacement and my first thought was to see him regarding my Knee. So friendly and explained everything
