I am pleased I have had the benefit of meeting Muriel, in her capacity as ,a nutritionist, and then utilising the recommendations she made - based on her own understanding and backed up with the impedance test. I have found Muriel’s recommendations easy to follow and useful, and I hope to continue to consult her and receive updated advice. She is an empathetic and good listener and has an excellent manner.

I didn't visit the clinic itself, but the remote experience was perfect. Swift replies containing all the information needed, flexible appointments with little waiting time and very friendly.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. Josephine who I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really nice really understanding actually listened to me and advised me what to do. I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.
