Mr Dixit successfully performed the required operation. He showed great skill in cholecystectomy and knowledge in related issues. Both pre and post-op care was also excellent. Mr Dixit ensured that all information was clearly explained and fully understood at each stage.

Professor Frampton explained everything thoroughly and in a way easy to understand for someone without medical knowledge. He listened to concerns and reassured throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. His care on the day of my procedure was exceptional, both before, during and after, and he also took time to talk to my husband and keep him fully updated on how things had gone. Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

Dr Shah was very helpful and comforting with her explanations and processes for diagnosis. I felt very informed and guided throughout the consultation and the follow ups.

Mr Jayanthi is an excellent listener. He explained everything clearly, answered every question in a professional and easy to understand way and left me feeling very reassured that I was in good hands. He inspired trust and importantly demonstrated a good rapport with his team. Pre-op and post-op care from him was excellent. Being a person that was concerned Mr Haque spent time explaining the procedure. The operation was explained by him at the hospital on operation day and Mr Haque came back to see him after the operation. AS a patient I feel so much better and would have had this done sooner if I had known. The type of operation was an open hernia repair. I had a quick recovery for this and was back at work within three weeks . I attended my post op eight weeks later, and was discharged.
