I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly. All suggested documents, nutrition plan etc were received speedily by email.

I was able to get an immediate appointment, tests, and follow up with Dr. Shetty. Everything was done in 2 weeks (that's quite unusual I think). Dr. Shetty immediately identified my profile as a high risk for heart attack or stroke, ordered the necesaary tests, and based on results added new medications. I would recommend Dr. Shetty for anyone concerned about their cardiovascular health.

He expertly navigated me through the next steps, providing clear guidance and a comprehensive explanation of what lies ahead. Dr. Shabeeh is very approachable and was honest when I asked him to be. He made the experience reassuring. I would highly recommend.

Dr Abrahamson is a remarkable paediatric consultant who truly goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. From the moment we walked into Cromwell his warm demeanour put my child at ease, instantly building trust. He is knowledgeable, incredibly empathetic and intensely observant. The blood results confirmed his diagnosis and he made himself available to explain and to address all of our concerns. I cannot thank him enough, he is by far the best paediatric consultant that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and cannot bare to see a child suffer. We will not be seeing anyone else other than Dr Ed.
