Dr Mangat was clear and precise with his plan. He explained every step before and after our son’s heart procedure. He’s an excellent doctor. Honest, reliable, friendly and great bedside manner.

I came to see Dr Day with my 6 year old daughter who I was concerned about. The consultation that we had was honestly what I have needed to have done sooner rather than later but I was slightly worried of the outcome as a parent . I felt relieved to have my concerns validated by a clinician but also to have someone understand your concerns and recognise key traits that I sometimes felt only I can see. It was something I have not experienced in an appointment before and feel so so grateful. Ellie was absolutely brilliant with me and took her time to listen to everything I had to relay and was even more amazing with my daughter. My daughter does find it hard sometimes to interact with people she does not know but the way she spoke to my child and was able to make her feel heard, understand and was so positive was so lovely. Ellie was very informative and gave me a some recommendations which I will implement to ensure my child can tackle some of the issues she is facing. Highly recommend! I had the peace of mind that I needed and reassurance that everything will be ok with the work that I need to do to support my daughter and the recommendations she had given me. Thank you Ellie!

Dr Marlow introduced himself and was very relatable. He took his time and went through everything in detail checking if we wanted to ask question etc at each stage.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dr Ismail and we really appreciate the care and treatment my son has received. She was though, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

Dr Hope looked after our 5 year old son over an approx 18 month period. He is very calm, listens and engaged with our son brilliantly. We felt he explored and explained a full range of options and we were included in the treatment decisions. When it came to surgery again Dr Hope's approach is calm, clear and informative which was exactly what we needed. Our son really trusted him and that was the most important for us - he said "Dr Hope was a totally top doctor" - High Praise!

Extremely knowledgeable. Polite and explains everything in detail. Dr Sarkar was wonderful with my son, involving him in the appointment rather than just talking directly to me. Every appointment I have come away feeling listened to and feeling like progress is being made.
