Efficient, clean and friendly clinic

Hospital excellent. Two issues, 1) Parking 2)Waiting times in some departments

Efficient friendly staff

Parking was a little challenging as there were insufficient parking spaces but thankfully we arrived arrived - the staff were very friendly. It could be signposted better and better waiting area with toys perhaps rather than a sterile, narrow corridor.

Reception staff could probably be happier but overall fine.

Really good experience as usual. It was my first time in the new location for Gender Hormone Clinic which was easy to find and a nice environment inside the hospital.

First Class care. Got called in at exactly the time of my appointment and was quickly dealt with. Excellent.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
