Pleasant experience, no issues

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem. Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
