Mr Patel was clear in his explanation and came across as caring but in control of what is quite a big diagnosis.

I had chronic loss of smell and taste/flavour for over 3 months. I entered into the first meeting with Alam with trepidation and low expectation of anything improving. How wrong I was. Importantly, Alam firstly put me at ease with assurances that we'd get to the root cause and work out a plan of action. He diagnosed me quickly and delivered his diagnosis with confidence and assurance whilst keeping conversation light and in a way I could understand exactly what was going on. I could not have found a better doctor. Energetic, kind and considerate. He does work long hours though so expect out of office hours meetings at unusual times but a small price to pay for the supreme service.

Mr Moraleda was an amazing doctor to have. He was very warm and kind, and explained in detail the procedure he would be doing during my appointment. He made me feel safe and comfortable throughout.

Had lost hearing in my left ear for two months, Mr Manjaly fixed it in under 30 mins, put me totally at ease and explained what he was doing. He did an fantastic job and it was absolutely incredible to be able hear clearly again. Very highly recommended!

Mr Ahmed is incredibly clear, personable and communicative. He approaches diagnosis with thorough investigation as well as with empathy.

I saw Mr Vik Veer with regard to breathing issues. Mr Veer took the time to listen and upon examination then explained in a very clear manner what the problem is and was more than happy to answer any queries and did so in a very helpful manner. I left understanding the issues at hand and what the next steps would be - thank you!

Mr Patel is perhaps one of the finest Doctors to have treated me. I say that as one who works with many doctors and is married to one too. His bedside manner is excellent. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced which is very reassuring, but he also manages to combine that with a humbleness not always associated with such accomplished clinicians. The tonsillectomy he conducted on me this morning was something I was not looking forward to. I had heard accounts of severe pain following the procedure, particularly with patients of my age. I am however sat here writing this review following this morning’s procedure feeling quite comfortable and extremely grateful. Thank you Mr Patel.
