Friendly, made me feel at ease.

The experience was excellent in every respect. I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.

Incredibly professional, very efficient and went out of way to make time for me. Keyhole surgery on knee recovered very quickly with no complication and almost invisible to eye. Could not have gone better and enjoyed having Prof Bhattacharya as my surgeon.

So professional and friendly. Explained everything to me in detail Felt so relaxed and confident in his care Hes changed the quality of my life by operating on both my hands.
