Mr Monk was my consultant and surgeon in repairing a hernia and I would highly recommend David! I was unsure of what surgery type to go with (open or keyhole) and he talked me through the respective advantages and risks of the different approaches. He kindly responded to some additional questions I had after the initial consultation while I was still making my decision. You feel he genuinely cares about your issue, treats you with dignity and respect, as well as being friendly and very human. He is also an expert in the field with attention to detail and high quality, as reflected in my successful operation and recovery progress.
