Was not interested in symptoms or effects on daily life. Summary letter sent to myself and GP reflected the above. Interestingly letter had wrong address and I was referred to by the wrong name in the letter? As an NHS staff nurse I feel sorry that this kind of poor service exists.

Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial
