Everything was great

Excellent and helpful

All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.

Some of staff can be a bit nonchalant;but overall good I guess they have a lot of different patients (not all patient ) and that can be a challenge

Manages in 2024 to convey something of the feeling of a well run cottage hospital from a previous age; business-like and pleasant.

Service was amazing. No waiting. Very helpful and friendly. The entire clinic was spotless. Natasha,Lizzie and Martha made be feel comfortable the entire time, explaining everything and updating. The receptionist Mara was friendly and helpful as soon as I entered.

I have had 3 sessions here. I feel very safe, cared for and it's a pleasure to to work with all those involved. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and with so much kindness for what is a brutal treatment. 🙏 Thank you

The staff were very considerate and friendly, despite me arriving slightly late for my x-ray appointment.
