Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

Very pleasant experience

Excellent service. Very helpful and I felt safe. Actual treatment centre was a bit tricky to find but an excellent staff.

The hospital was easy to reach and I didn’t have to wait for long before my appointment. Everyone was kind and willing to help. A volunteer also escorted me to the right elevator. Only problem were the bathrooms. They were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor
