Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London. An early evening appointment so it was very busy, staff were helpful both admin and nursing.

My experience at the Cleveland Clinic was exemplary. There was nothing not to like. Every member of the team that I encountered; from porters , receptionists, booking in clerks, auxilliaries, nurses, doctors and surgeons were completely focused on my well being. The evironment and facilities were welcoming, clean and everything I could possibly require was available. Nothing was too much trouble 24/7. During my treatment at the clinic I managed to lose a pendant and my wedding ring on different occasions! Unbelievably both were found, only because the staff cared to listen and then went out of their way to search and find them. Amazing and truly exceeded all expectations.
