Dr Fathima Mahomed is an incredibly warm paediatrician with world class expertise. She has provided invaluable help and support to us around persistent coughing and breathing obstructions that our son had - all of which are much better now. After receiving an unexpected diagnosis for neuroendocrine cancer at age 32, I did research to help narrow down to which doctors in the UK were leading for treatment of this rare disease. Dr Srirajaskanthan was immediately impressive upon meeting and made me feel safe that I would receive the best care. He was compassionate and took the time to help my family and I understand the diagnosis and next steps. He fast-tracked consultations and scans, so my waiting period before treatment was as short as possible. He was diligent to assess all testing that came before meeting with him, and has helped me have a say in my own treatment journey so I have the highest possible quality of life. I have a long journey ahead with this cancer, but I am in safe hands. I cannot thank him (and his wonderful secretary) enough for being there for my family and I.

This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended him an an extremely experienced specialised Gastroenterologist.
