Approximately 3 months ago i began to have gynae symptoms that highlighted something was not right. Worried and panicking, I contacted Mr Naji who offered a sameday consultation with diagnostics so we could start to understand the issue. Louise is part of the team who performs all the logistics in terms of appointments, questions etc and she was brilliant, she told me what to expect from the consultation. Tests showed that Uterine Fibroids were the cause and we swiftly moved onto further diagnostics of MRI scans which were done the same week. Again, the pace and reassurance given was outstanding and at each stage i had Louise to help answer any questions that i had. Long story short, we quickly agreed that a fully hysterectomy was needed and we moved quickly to arrange surgery. I am now in week 1 of recovery, feeling sore but relieved, but more importantly thankful that i found Mr Naji and his team who have supported me through this journey, the care i received was outstanding and cannot describe how important this is when going through such a major operation.

Thanks to the reviews on this website in addition to recommendations from the founder of the Endometriosis Foundation, I went ahead and booked with Mr Khazali. Throughout my consultations and whilst going through my history Mr Khazali listened and gave me the space to talk. His approach was a two surgery process (3 months apart), first one being the myomectomy to remove the fibroids and the second being the robotic endometriosis excision. Both were successful and I have recovered well from both. My monthly cycles are still yet to settle into a normal routine but I am pain free during my periods now, for the first time in my life (I'm 41). I have not taken any strong painkillers, just the occasional paracetamol. From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Emma, Tamasine (Mr K's secrataries) through to the Lister Hospital nurses and the stays, everything was as smooth as it could be. Leandri (the aftercare nurse after being discharged) is a superstar and is the most kindest and knowledgeable nurse there is. Thank you for looking after me during a very vulnerable time and I hope this review helps others make their decisions to choose you!
