Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Professional service! I appreciate that I was given several opportunities to ask questions, better understand the tradeoffs involved with different options, and choose the path that I thought was best for me.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

Appointments ran on time, I was seen quickly and taken to the correct waiting area. Everyone was polite & friendly throughout my experience.

It was very professional.
