The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Good experience - and caring staff.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.

Very good allergy nurse. Plan longer waiting time.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Excellent hospital, no waiting and very professional staff

I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. All staff members showed excellent customer service and came across as having a genuine care for me during my visit.
